Shipments and returns

From your first visit to handbagtoyou.com on through to the shipping process, we will make every effort to ensure your shopping experience is satisfying. Purchases of in stock merchandise will be shipped promptly, inspected for quality before packing and packaged for a safe arrival. The following information is provided to help you understand our shipping policies.

Carriers

Normally orders will be shipped via EMS service. Occasionally products will be shipped direct from the designer in which case their carrier of choice will be used but you have to pay more for that.

Delivery Times

Packages are generally dispatched within 2-7 business days after receipt of payment and be delivered within 3-21 business days (depending on product availability). If an item is not in stock at the time of your order, we will immediately order the item for you. If we can’t ship within a reasonable time frame we will notify you by email.Most parcels reach their destination promptly and without incident. Please understand that we have control over delivery day or delivery time, once the parcel is turned over to the carrier. If your package is lost, please contact us, we will help you locate your package through the carrier.

Return policy

We guarantees your satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your on-line purchase,we will gladly credit your account for the invoiced amount once the item is returned. The item(s) must be returned to us in its original unused condition including any and all product packaging. Items must be returned no later than 21 days from the date of delivery to the original shipping address. Refunds will not include shipping and handling charges.Exchanges may also be made for same or similar product within 21 days following the rules stated above. Any price differential will be charged or credited to the account used to purchase the item(s). Shipping charges apply to exchanges. Shipping / return shipping charges cannot be refunded or credited.

Please complete the form on the reverse side of your invoice and enclose with your return merchandise. Insure your return and save your receipt until you receive your refund or replacement item.
